Acroyoga is a beautiful practice that combines the dynamic wisdom of acrobatics, the awareness, breath and balance of yoga and the healing, loving nature of Thai massage. Working with one or more partners these three disciplines are fused into spectacular sequences of inversions, flows and balances. $10 Entry
Floating Yoga Nidra Meditation Event Monthly
This is a special meditation meant to help you plant your heart's deepest desires into the fertile soil of your subconscious. We will float in an aerial hammock during the duration of the event.
Awaken your consciousness of sleep and dream. Experience deep relaxation. Yoga nidra is a meditation practice where we plant a sankalpa (a seed we wish to grow in our life) and delve into a deeply relaxing state in between wakefulness and sleep to help the subconscious heal aspects which may be holding it back. In this workshop, we will learn how to formulate our sankalpas, do a brief stretching yoga routine, and then go into the yoga nidra practice for the rest of the evening.

Path to the Peak Pose Series
This series is like an Advanced Yoga Class, but designed with beginners in mind. In this Path to the Peak workshop series, the emphasis is on exploring the alignment and necessary
stages for achieving challenging poses safely with patience and mindful awareness. Our philosophy is that the Path is more important than the Peak and that all is possible with patient and consistent
practice. $20 Entry

We alternate between meeting on Fridays and Saturdays.
Last meeting of this book is on Sat, Oct 27, 2018 10:30-11:30am. We will be holding a potluck and presenting our creative projects that we challenged ourselves to do throughout this book.
Partner Yoga Date night
Partner Yoga is two or more people joining together to deepen the experience of yoga through our essential need for touch. We practice with a friend, a lover, a yoga partner or our community! It can be a romantic experience, or simply a way for family and friends to connect and make yoga more fun.
In Partner Yoga we connect to each other in new and fun ways, we stretch farther than usual with our partners help, balance in ways we could not by ourselves, and breathe deeply together.
Welcome to a unique yoga practice that will add a new dimension to your practice!
Yoga works on many levels and is a journey of discovery, of ourselves and our interdependence. Each one of us is a whole universe to be explored through this practice.

Laughter Yoga wellness group
This class focuses on unconditional laughter and deep breathing while moving the body in play. Open to all levels and all ages. The fastest and easiest way to improved health on so many levels. Strengthens the immune system. Improves the respiratory, digestive, and cardiovascular systems. Emotional, mental, and physical health are all boosted just by laughing. Highly energizing. Extremely easy and fun. A resource for creativity and problem solving. Allow the experience of the power of joy to transform your life.
