Floating Yoga Nidra Meditation Event Monthly
This is a special meditation meant to help you plant your heart's deepest desires into the fertile soil of your subconscious. We will float in an aerial hammock during the duration of the event.
Awaken your consciousness of sleep and dream. Experience deep relaxation. Yoga nidra is a meditation practice where we plant a sankalpa (a seed we wish to grow in our life) and delve into a deeply relaxing state in between wakefulness and sleep to help the subconscious heal aspects which may be holding it back. In this workshop, we will learn how to formulate our sankalpas, do a brief stretching yoga routine, and then go into the yoga nidra practice for the rest of the evening.

Laughter Yoga wellness group
This class focuses on unconditional laughter and deep breathing while moving the body in play. Open to all levels and all ages. The fastest and easiest way to improved health on so many levels. Strengthens the immune system. Improves the respiratory, digestive, and cardiovascular systems. Emotional, mental, and physical health are all boosted just by laughing. Highly energizing.
